CIBC ATM
Even with the restrictions lifted COVID-19 screeners will not let you access the ATM. The ATM is right behing their backs. CIBC does not even know about this and all the customer service will tell you is that they are sorry and try to find you another ATM close to you as if you do not have Google Maps or internet whatsoever. Total waste of time!

IT'S NOT 24 HOUR ACCESS!! FROZE MY ASS OFF WALKING THERE TO WITHDRAWAL CASH @ 3 AM — locked! Had to shell out $5+ to withdrawal cash @ Mac's :@

Closed. We walked a long way in winter, to find the atm 10 feet behind a COVID-19 CHECKPOINT. The staff does not let you use it.... off for another walk to find one that is open.
