all the customers representative is great except TAYLOR, this individual has attitude and lack of knowledge but acted like he know all. i think he should stay in the back and not deal with customers.GORE and EDDY is best for crossing parts also field experienced I would say.MIKE and CRISH also great to talk to, they just parts guys who have no field knowledge.

Eddie deserves a pat on the back for his exceptional service and knowledge. Only complaint is that there is no branch in Kamloops.
