My first experience was good, the gentleman (Tommy) did a good job on my nails. My second visit, the girl hurt me several times. She was in a hurry and I was bleeding in several areas. I feel I should have been offered a discount or something, but didn't even get an apology. I find the establishment dirty as well. I won't go back.

They do a wonderful job every time! I've never been disappointed.

I have been to a lot of shops in my time and hands down this one is the best. The owners are so friendly and they do an amazing job. I will only go here from now on. I am so thankful to have found them. Thank you.

I absolutely loved it, was my first time here and the lady was really nice and gave me exactly what I asked for!

Did not drill/file clean under the nails and left chunks of product attached to natural nail underneath.. after filing and shaping, glued/cured product directly onto the skin, being my cuticles which also got nipped in a few areas. Nail color was sloppy and unprofessional. Service felt rushed and like my nail health wasn't respected, I'd waited in line for an hour and someone else was put before me. I shouldn't have done a $20 tip, I was grateful at the time for having being taken but after a few friends telling me it wasn't worth the $60 and that my nails look horrible.. this was my first time having my nails done ever. I won't be returning here or recommending this place to anyone. I spent $80 altogether, my cuticles hurt and my nails look like they were done by a beginner. Terrible experience.

Do not recommend.. won't go back here either.. not for a refund, not for a free anything. Screw this place.. I came in for a removal. Lady started popping my gel nails off with force by scraping under them with a nail tip extension. It hurt, I told her it hurt and she just kept going. She filed my nails with drill heads that were wet with some sort of chemical.. didn't put any kind of moisturizer on them. Not to mention she was so rough, going very fast and made the skin around my nails raw.My nails are painful because of the damage she caused, full of splinter hemmorages and are peeling and cracking because of the improper handling and care. My fingers HURT. It seemed like she was annoyed that I came in, or she didn't want to be there and took it out on me. I'd been told not to go here before and was in a rush and gave them a chance. Not a mistake I want anyone else to experience.If I ever have to go back here for a quick removal (which I would rather not) I will not pay when my hands are butchered.
