TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The tellers are mostly helpful and nice, but the lineups have been absolutely insane for - like - EVER.I have accounts in two other banks and nowhere do I wait this long. They blame in on Covid now, but other banks have the same challenges. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this branch. However, I am giving them two stars as they have recently extended their hours.

Used to be a good branch, but now it's worthless (aside from the ATMs). The tellers simply don't care about doing their jobs properly - they'll put a government issued cheque on hold without any explanation whatsoever. They'll refuse to let you take out amounts of money that are well within your account's limit - again, no explanation as to why. They don't even look you in the eyes - you don't exist as a human being to them. The only way to get anything done is to contact the manager, who is at least helpful, respectful, and is in turn worthy of respect.If you plan to open a TD account, do yourself a favour, and don't make this your main branch. Bite the bullet and travel a couple of km to another one, or just don't use TD.

Highly disappointing service. Went to withdraw money. I put my pin correctly and they asked for ID as well, so I gave my Ontario license. They said license is expired. I explained all expiry dates have been extended due to covid. I even showed them the government website which says:We are extending the validity of government driver

Gets busy at times, but if you can avoid peak hours, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find it completely empty. Regardless, most of the tellers really do try to provide great customer service. They make an effort to greet you in a friendly and welcoming manner and take time to answer all questions. I have never seen anyone being rushed along or a teller being rude at this location. Lately, there's been a lot of new faces there. Still, Eric and Andy are the best - always super friendly, pleasant and polite. And then there's Alyssa... Someone has to tell that girl what business attire actually looks like. Crop tops, stiletto heels, endless cleavage and skin-tight dresses are great for a night out, not a day job, particularly at a financial institution.

Excellent customer service here. Not only were we let in really fast, but the teller was patient and accommodating. Had something really frustrating happen with changing my name with TD and they gave us step-by-step advice on what to do and even a timeline of when to expect it all to happen. I was really happy about my experience and would not mind coming back here again.

By far the worst experience with one of the advisors. I came to open a business account. The advisor by name Nitin was so unwelcoming it was really uncomfortable. He acted like he just wanted to get me out of the door. Mentioned several times that someone else was supposed to be doing this. Barely answered any of my questions. Always referred me to read everything" instead of giving me a proper consultation. At the end I asked about the checks

This has been my main banking branch in the past 8 years. Overall I am very pleased with customer service and the team that is friendly and accommodating. I think that the overall rating is low because of many people complaining about a single event they experienced and many happy customers like me do not bother to provide good feedback. Unfair but human nature..Investing from the branch is so painful experience. Allocate an hour of your life per each transaction for BS paperwork.

Amazing customer service! I had a terrible experience at a neighbouring TD (Wilson and Bathurst - never again) and mentioned it to the TD rep Jonathan (Bathurst and Sheppard location). Not only was he compassionate and apologetic, but he also reversed my position on whether I would be continuing with TD. Jonathan was amazing and deserves a shout out!

This branch has terrible hours, and you can't access the ATM when the bank is closed. Ridiculous considering most days they close at 6pm.I know they had a problem with homeless sleeping inside overnight but this is not the answer, to inconvenience clients to get their own money.
