Came here to get my bridesmaid dress altered. Dropped it off and they said it would take two weeks. They gave me the wrong price to begin with when I dropped it off. When I called to see if my dress was ready to get picked up, their response was I was going to call you today. We gave you the wrong price." So they didn't call and tell me they messed up until I called them to see if it was ready

I cut out some embroidery off old hoodies to have sewn on my motorcycle vest as patches and they did such a good job looks very professional and custom super happy with how it turned out I will Def be adding more

Kind and friendly family business...I enjoy getting my old clothes out of the closet and get in to get mended.. I recommend this place highly.... They fix the button fly pair of jeans I've owned from the 90s and I'm wearing them again today thank you thank you and again I thank you... Can't wait to get my leather jacket back that I wore in the 70s...

Got in and out, easy. They did a great job on my pants hem. And it was reasonably priced.

We've used Marta's a few times to hem pants. I had two pairs of pants hemmed because they were too long. They both turned out perfect and literally took an hour to do! Price is reasonable, not cheap but not expensive.

Technically I won't give it any stars because I had the worst service ever today! My family has been going up there for over 30 years and I went in to bring a dress that I bought off of wish for $15 just to get it altered slightly because I couldn't zip it up all the way in the back. I have problems in the past with another costume with the lady being rude to me over it but I decided to dismiss it because it had good reviews. Don't get me wrong, they do great work but the service is s***. I asked them in advance how much it was going to be because I had a limit on what I was willing to spend the lady that was helping me said they will give me a call. After 3 weeks I went down there to find out what was going on with my dress and it was done and they said it was going to cost $55. While we were arguing over the fact that I never got a call in the first place because if they would have told me that I would have brought my dress elsewhere. They said they were too busy to call me and worked on the dress anyways and refuse to give it back to me because they already worked on it well after some haggling the lady who was the owner finally dropped the price a bit even though that price was still a bit expensive. My mother said she's been going there for over 30 years and that she just lost some business and the owner said that's fine! I don't care. see you." She never even apologized either."
