Will never go into the brooks location again the guy was rude went in to get my dog a bath there was a couple there ahead of me with three dogs and I was told it would be a bit as one of the tubs was out of commission he said should be free at about 3:30 a hour and a half later as it was two. When I asked that he would hold it open for me he told me it’s first come first serve and if somebody came in I’d have to wait so in other words he expected me to stand around for a hour and a half. Considering his one tub wasn’t useable and the other one was going to be tied up for an hour and a half. Great customer service.

When I go into the store. I am always welcomed with a smiling face and a world of knowledge! The employees are very friendly, and the owners are fantastic. They have brought a store to Brooks that everyone can enjoy. The stores always clean in the isles neatly kept. The store is my first choice for when I have to buy supplies for my pets. My congratulations to the owners for running a fantastic business!

Staff are friendly, love animals, and will suggest products to suit your needs. They are also okay with cleaning up if your pet has an accident when you bring them in store.We appreciated the new dog/cat (2021) coupon book that got us free name tags, a discount on pet essentials, & some free food.Staff / management are not empowered to get something ordered in with reliable certainty. We could not rely on them to stock felaway stress reliever for our cat and had to go to Amazon for a reliable supply at a cheaper price.

Great customer service i called to ensure the litter I wanted was in stock and she went to confirm they still had it in stock before my visit to the store. I’ve been back several times since then great stock and selection and fair prices
