HORRIBLE SERVICE !Time scheduled for installation is not respected. Installer showed up 3 hours late and broke the window carrying it to the building. Took another few weeks to order a new window. When it came to installing it they cancelled and they tried to reschedule the time at the last minute. The lady on the phone is extremely rude with quite possibly the worse customer service i've ever encountered.

Several years ago, I had them install a custom-built shower. The plastic preventing leakage at the door came off pretty quickly and then the glass door started hitting the glass frame of the door as it closes. I went to see them about this and they said that the hinges that they installed were not as good as a new model they had but that they would charge me to come have a look to evaluate how their work could be corrected. How disappointing as they had come recommended by my contractor. I suggest buying a ready-made model because this company cannot be trusted to install a glass shower that stands the test of time. Sorry to say this.

Came in for a small emergency repair and they turned it around in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service. Didi was incredibly accommodating. The guy who did the work was very nice as well.Reasonable prices too!
