I contacted three local electricians to provide an estimate on some exterior electrical work. This company refused to provide an estimate and told me that my job basically wasn't worth their time. Someone else will get my business.

Great Job, Electrician was on time, did a great impressive professional job, I would highly recommend for any electrical job, the price was great, actually had the best price after all the quote I got for the work I needed done and very satisfied and supper happy customer, and happy to do more job with them as my electricians. You wont be disappointed at all.

Really disappointed by this company. I moved to L'Ile Perrot one month ago and have made two appointments with them - BOTH of which they failed to honour. The first appointment they literally told me 'they forgot' about the appointment and will send someone 'straight away' - which then turned out to be 2 hours later. Ok, well we all mess up and deserve another chance. This week I made another appointment, well the time of the appointment came and went. I phoned them, the lady working there (who was very courteous) then told me she had no idea about the appointment for the day, but will phone her boss and phone me back. Nobody phoned me back, so I phoned her back. She said 'Oh, my boss said he will phone you', which he never did. She then relayed the message that they had to cancel my appointment, and that the boss indicated he left a message on my voicemail. Except that of course, drumroll... there is no such message on my voicemail. SO it's a comedy of errors with these guys, they seem to not be able to use some sort of scheduling system where they can properly make, and honour, appointments. Needless to say I will never use their service again, found a great electrician in Beaconsfield though, just a pity I can't support my local economy.

Very disappointed with the service offered by this company,I recently bought an electric car and contacted them to install a charging station at my home. They told me they were busy but they may be able to help me before the holidays. Passed me to an evaluator to get a quote on the work, he said he would be at my house the following Monday of 12h30 so we could go over what was required and get pricing figured out. Monday came and went, I was home all day, never saw the evaluator, never got a phone call explaining he would be late or anything, Have waited a week and have not been contacted by anyone concerning the missed visit.Prices can be negotiated, schedules can be adjusted but not being reliable is simply unaceptable.
