I have nothing but good things to say about Lakeridge Fertility. The nurses are so warm and welcoming. They use your first name and remember you, which makes you feel extremely welcome. I felt their response time amazing. Any time I had a question during my times in the office the staff were always so great with giving me the information I was looking for. I would 100% recommend this Fertility Clinic. Thank you guys for being so helpful in my fertility journey!

I have been a patient with this clinic since 2019, doing iui and ivf procedures. Originally I did the process with a donor but now I am going through with my husband. Dr. Browning and all of the nurses at this clinic are nothing but kind, respectful, helpful and friendly. I would.highly recommend this clinic. Fertility is a bunch of hurry up and wait but that is at no fault to the nurses at any clinic for that matter. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my treatments so thank you.

The nurses at Lakeridge Fertility are wonderful. In particular, Megan, Sarah, and Jessie are quite knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions, and provide really great patient care. I can’t thank them enough for my care.

I can't recommend this clinic enough!! It's been over a year since I had to go see them. I got my gorgeous daughter Maisy because of their help.Dr. Browning was straight to the point, which I like in a doctor. I don't want someone to sugar coat or tip toe around my issues. I was happy to hear what needed to be done / what he planned to do to help my fertility issues.The ladies however, make the clinic what it is (no offence Dr. B...you just have wicked staff!!). Jesse, Caitlin and Gabe are AMAZING. They made the early morning blood work and the oh so much fun ultrasounds bearable. They were always in a good mood and they are genuinely happy to help. They also always respected my wishes. When they told me I was pregnant they were so happy for me. I bet they are for everyone, but I felt great when they told me with such happiness. I actually missed seeing them on a daily basis after they told me I was pregnant.I recently went back to visit at the clinic and to introduce them to my daughter, and it was so great to see them. I would recommend this clinic over and over (and I have).Thank you Lakeridge Fertility. I will always have a special place for all of you in my heart and I will remember your kindness, especially when I look at my little bundle of cuteness.

I’m not one to write reviews, so this is a first for me - but I had such a bad overall experience at this clinic and would not hope such an experience on anyone. Some nurses are great, but there are also those who are extremely rude, dismissive (and lack any sense of cultural awareness). Overall, I was very surprised at how terribly this clinic is run and would not recommend for many reasons. I had seen the many bad reviews on ratemymd prior, but thought to still give it a chance for myself, but unfortunately the few positive reviews were not at all reflective of my experience.So happy to now have had a very different experience at a new clinic, right from the very first consult.

Wanted to write this as our experience with the clinic has been outstanding! The nurses are always so nice, and very knowledgeable. they took us step by step, and would recommend them to anyone!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience with the clinic that I wanted to share.After our initial meeting with Dr. Browning, my husband and I quickly did the requested tests and when we emailed for our follow up appointment with the doctor, we were scheduled in for 2 months later. We decided to be wait for our appointment, during which Dr. Browning told us the recommended treatment and said a nurse would be in touch to start it. We thought things would finally progress with a treatment, but no one got in touch with us. When I reached out to follow up over a week later, they scheduled me in 2 months later a for phone consultation with the nurse to simply discuss the process… Still not even to start the actual treatment. Seeing that it would be 5+ months before anything even happened here, we immediately decided to leave.In a field where time is precious and each month that goes by is extremely difficult for patients trying to conceive, the delays I have experienced are disappointing and insensitive. In my specific situation, we have already been through fertility treatment once before when conceiving my first child, so we knew what the problem was and generally what would be required. The lack of any type of treatment at all over these few months, left me with a 0% chance to conceive while I waited for my appointments.This clinic is clearly beyond their capacity and should not have taken me on as a patient. At the very least, they should have been more upfront about their long wait times and their timeline to treatment.I am truly disappointed with the level of care that was provided here. Thankfully, I have moved to a new clinic, where I have already had an appointment and have immediately begun treatment again.

Clinic is unprofessional, they don't care for patient, they are worried for keeping you in combusted process. Takes months to get appointment and wasting your money and time. We contact clinic for our second baby and they put us in loop of reports because staff forgot to check the correct test on requisition and Dr. Says their staff is competent to do job. I feel visiting to this clinic was mistake and I will not refer. if there is minus rating I would have given to this clinic.
