Awful service. I have been waiting 5 months for a response on a request for my mortgage after submitting all of my documents. Still no response after 5 email follow-ups and being transferred between three members of the staff.Unfortunately I have no answer and am left struggling with my mortgage.

Not really good experience today. I applied for a credit card and today pick-up. But my envelope was open. It is okay. i heard about that. That is just checking.after pick up and come back home, check inside my card is gone. So i called, and they said to check up the inside. What is a mean check up the inside?. They said we could not check for me in the closet, so just come in that location... I just want to know if my card is at this location or not. If they said your card is here, i can go. If not, i have to report to the lost. That is what i want to know.

As visitors to Victoria, we had to arrange a money transfer to a contractor, back home, to get some emergency repairs.Not only did it get arranged, but we felt the teller went over and beyond to help us, as we didn’t carry a cell phone, she contacted the contractor and got all of the details necessary from that end, to make the transfer.

Excellent customer service provided today by a financial advisor at the TD Fairfield branch. Anna is extremely knowledgeable in her product, and identified various flexible options regarding our financial situation, and ultimately provided a very competitive interest rate of return for our purchase of a GIC; Anna is to be commended - the entire transaction was handled proficiently and with great care and diligence.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Nasty rude young woman that I will find out name & report our experience. Throwing around her rules & regulations & I am sure she has no idea what she was talking about. Made it so difficult to do a simple thing. All of us felt she was unreasonable & so rude.

Very dirty windows and floor, but it's a bank, people don't come to admire the interior. The ATM machine was clean though.
