Was fired and handed a termination of service, no heads up, no legal action taken beforehand and no indication that I wasn't able to perform my job. The company handed an additional legal contract so you can't sue them for suddenly firing you. The benefit is they will give you some extra money. I am not the first or last staff member to experience this.Overall really disappointed and did not expect this from the company which seemed to be fairly good when I joined albeit a bit lazy.The sad part is they tell other staff in the company that I have moved onto a new opportunity"My boss's friend got fired so he kicked me out to bring him in
