Big O Tires

Great local shop. New tires, Alignment perfect, 34 inch tires balanced perfect. I've also had numerous leaks fixed here, never to have issues.Highly recommend even if you got a leak and are just driving by. Quick easy

Unfortunately, although I thought it was a one-time off, that was not the case. Almost everyone who works at this place is rude. They treat customers as if they were beggars and not customers. They do not even check their records until you insist that you are their customer and bought the tires from them. To add insult to injury, when they fixed the problem, they lied about the reason why the very expensive top of the line" tires they sold me (new I might add) are not working as well. I will not be coming back to this place."

Had been looking for winter tires for a couple weeks and had Kaltire not call me back after discussing what I was looking for. Was going to be multiple weeks before I could get in at other shops and had started to get frustrated. Contacted Big Os and talked to Bryan and he had the tires I wanted ordered and delivered the same day, the day of a large snow storm here in the lower mainland nonetheless. Went in the next morning to have them installed and they got my car in right away. Figured it would have been an hour to hour and a half like most places so was just going to hang out at the shop. Went outside to make a phone call and during the call turned around and saw my car pulled out of the shop. Roughly 15 minutes after they took my keys. Thought there was an issue so went up and looked at my car and saw that the new tires were on my rims installed already. Really impressed with how quick and efficient they were as well as the price of the tires. I was getting $100/tire differences from different shops and this Big Os was $111/tire cheaper than a different Big Os that I contacted. Highly recommend them.

I'm so happy that I purchased my tires from BIG O TIRES! Their aftercare services have been fantastic, including free tire rotation and flat tire repairs. Their receptionist, Tina, is always friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the market for new tires or tire maintenance, I highly recommend BIG O TIRES.

Disappointed, I had a squeal in my back tires I was informed my brakes needed replaced. Why wasn’t I told this when they were changed over a few weeks earlier? I paid out $500 plus labour? I’m not a happy man.

Visited this establishment this morning to patch a flat tire ( already off the vehicle )Pros; Immediate service ( probably because there was no other vehicles in the shop )Cons; The cost. $ 46.60 to patch and mount a tire. Took 15 minutes, so that equals $ 186.40 per hour for shop labor. Waaay too much.
