First time visiting and great experience. Great staff. Mya did this incredible set on me $45 for acrylic fill plus design. She took her time triple checking her work to make sure the nails were even length and shape. Space is clean and well maintained. Parking at the front is tight but there are lots of spots at the back of the building. Will definitely be returning. Go see Mya!!!!

This place is a hidden gem. Everyone in there is so pleasant, happy to be there, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The technicians all want you to have the best nails, and will not rush you at all. I was only there for removing my gel manicure last minute, but will definitely be going back!

Kim did a great job on my nails. You can always count on this nail salon to do a great job.

I recently moved to Ajax and was desperate to find a nail salon that would be just as great as the one I used to go to in Scarborough last 3 yrs. I booked Kim after reading excellent reviews and being very disappointed with my previous nail place in Ajax which I'd been hopelessly trying last 4 months (zen nail spa ajax - which i will write an honest review about) But for now let me tell you about this GEM. I went in for a refill ( bio gel plus shellac) Kim was very friendly and welcoming to begin with. She and the front desk young man actually made an effort to refer to me by my name ( I wasn't just an allocated time booking to them ). My nails turned out amazing. The shape is perfect. I'm super picky and have an eye for details. She listened to my requests and encouraged me to tell her exactly what I wanted and delivered! She took care in doing my nails. Did not rush. My cuticles are extremely dry bc of the alcohol hand wash I use on a constant basis at work so she was gentle on my cuticles. I'm hoping this will be THE nail place for me going forward.

Got my nails done at nail world. I hade a fantastic experience there, they take good care of their clients. The place is nice and clean. It was a bit hard to find when driving because it's not in a plaza, but otherwise I will be going back, their prices are very good.

Everyone there is so polite. Their customer service is great. Kevin and Mya are amazing! Mya's skills though, they're beyond words.

I went in to get a biogel refill. I had called ahead, and they said $45 which then increased to $55 with chrome. I already had chrome on my biogel nails. The technician Larry barely placed any biogel on my nail after shaving it down. The amount that was applied was equivalent to the thin layer of nail polish. Two days later my nails cracked. The Technician also did not know how to apply the chrome therefore resulting in scratches and no shine. The technician also did not moisturizer my cuticles or give a hand massage that other places offer.

Saw Jennifer before my trip and she was so great. I got a shellac French manicure and a pedicure done. My best friend recommended I go here and the quality fo work is exceptional. This will be my go to spot.
