Brandon and the Sobel Adjusting Solutions team came to our rescue when we needed them the most. Trying to work through the insurance claims world following a devastating fire is daunting to say the least. Brandon was kind, caring and patient, worked tirelessly for us, kept us updated every step of the way and always had our best interests at heart. I only wish that we had engaged them right from the beginning as that would have alleviated a mound of pressure and anxiety and would have resulted in a far quicker resolution of our claim. Although I hope that their services are not required again (smile), they will be the first call that I make if ever needed.

To the Sobel Adjusting Team and in particular to Mr Steve Sobel: without who's invaluable patience, guidance and support following a water damage episode in our home, it became clear my wife and I would have been far worse off trying to navigate our insurer without Sobel on our side.It's common belief, ours now too, that at the time when customers are most vulnerable insurers and their agents can employ tactics of malicious intent and intimidation. They far too often fail to act fairly and in good faith with their customers having induced that customer to signing on with them promising good coverage and safe handling. We pay premiums for years without incident, if ever. When called upon, insurers profit financially by undervaluing what is properly due to the insured.It took more than 3 years to resolve our claim after funding all the work ourselves. Many told us to settle because 'that's the way it is with insurance companies'. But no. With Steve's expert knowledge of insurance industry tactics, he and his team tirelessly advocated for us by dealing with the insurer, their contractor and adjustors. Without Sobel, we were at the mercy of the insurer. We most certainly would have suffered a more significant financial loss and not reached a reasonable settlement. My home suffered significant water damage from a leak in the jacuzzi tub on the second floor of our home. We hired Sobel Adjusting to complete our insurance claim. Allison our adjuster did a great job in keeping us informed throughout the whole process and advised us on the best ways of completing our claim to be able to rebuild our home after the fire. It was a very long process, due to Desjardin Insurance, our home insurance company who kept delaying the process at no fault of Sobel Adjusting. We are finally finished the claims process which had to go to arbitration. We are now on the next step to rebuilding our home. Sobel Adjusting and their team did a great job in allowing us to get to this next step of being able to afford to rebuild our home. We received the value to replace our belongings and be able to build back much better than what the insurance company said that they would cover. Unfortunately, we cannot leave it to the insurance company to be honest and replace what we lost in the fire. We needed Sobel to help us though this very difficult time. Losing our chalet to a fire was brutal. But adding insult to injury, the last 8 months of navigating the insurance process has left me feeling more vulnerable than ever.
