Satin Finish Hardwood Flooring

Just installed 500 ft of 3/4 engineered red oak. I'm a flooring pro and I've always regarded mirage as one of the best quality floors when it comes to fit and finish. The floors I installed today were of the same quality. One of my favorite floors I've installed in 10 years

Every day they tell us today you get your hardwood, but nothing in the end of the day and the next day the same.We have to move to our new house in 2 days and we only have sub-floor.

A great resource for engineered hardwood

I have used their product in three large rooms in our home. After 2 years ,I needed another 550 square feet to finish three more rooms. I contacted them 4 times stating that I wanted to order. Gave make ,quantities, colour. Talked to them 4 times and no call back at all. Found a similar product elsewhere . Absolute worst customer service

Terrible hardwood product. Terrible Customer Service. Lied to my face. Says a lot about this company. BUYER BEWARE

Satin Flooring has been the worst comapny to deal with. I needed to order a single box of flooring for my contractor to install and their supposed customer service manager" couldnt release the ONE box because their system was down the day my contractor went to pick it up. Over 15 emails back and forth for a single box of flooring. To say I'm less than impressed is an understatement."

Good place to work if you can get employed directly by the company.

Worst flooring in North America. Our floor absolutely fell apart and not one of their executives could care less. They never sent anyone out to see how they destroyed our home.We are on our way to court with them and Imperial Hardwood of St Catharines that recommended it and installed it.
