ENT Vancouver (Ear Nose and Throat Specialists)

I saw DR Quddusi this week and he was great. Professional, kind , engaging and 'real.' He knows how to build rapport with patients and is not simply about the 'technical 'aspects of the job. Loved his smiley face shoes. The reception staff were also very helpful and pleasant and the office is shiny and new ..... 5 + stars, especially when healthy care is so under siege. Thank you .

Not impressed at all. I have been waiting 5 months for this appointment. Make sure you get a confirmation email with the notification and address because they say they're going to send a notification and do not. You cannot call, you cannot get a hold of anybody. I had my appointment confirmed on Monday, May 15th for Friday May 19th only to go to my appointment at 4:00 p.m. and be told my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. I have a confirmation email from Melanie saying that my appointment is confirmed at 4:00p.m. But it was not in their system. When Melanie emailed me back she says she was sick on Thursday and Friday and that should be the reason why I didn't get an appointment. Even though she had three full days to book me in. I will absolutely never return to this location again. It's 2023. It shouldn't be this hard to book somebody in an appointment when we have to wait months to get one.

I saw Dr. Wong recently. She was lovely. Very soft spoken and kind. And very thorough. Her staff is also fantastic. AND…if you email a question, you get a response within the day! Highly recommend Dr. Lillian Wong.

I brought my 4 year old to see Dr Quddusi - he was kind with my son, but incredibly rude and arrogant towards me. He was recommending a surgery within the first 2 mins, of note - I do not disagree with his assessment, however he was incredibly abrupt with his answers to my basic follow up questions which I felt were reasonable to ask when being told your 4 yr old requires a surgery after a very brief assessment. I asked questions around whether there were less invasive methods to try first, what long term effects there are re: the surgery, what the cause of the issue was, and what current literature says re: best practice). His answers to my questions around current research/evidence were largely met with i don't know'. At one point he interrupted me to say in a judgmental tone that we could go see a naturopath instead if we wanted (we believe in modern medicine and are a family of healthcare workers...)

Allison at the front desk was very responsive and helpful and Dr Quddusi was great. He stays on top of a wide variety of research as good doctors should do. I feel like this is one of the few clinics left in Vancouver where things are running properly in 2021. My respect to the ENT Vancouver team!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was late by over an hour for my appointment. Never in my life have I ever been this late for a medical appointment. Over the phone on the way to the clinic, I spoke with the receptionist who said it was okay but she would most likely have to reschedule it but said she would still ask Dr. Quddusi if he could fit me in.To my surprise Dr. Quddusi said he could still see me even though I was an hour late but I would have to potentially wait a long time. I said no worries, I understand I’ll come and wait.I expected to wait 30 mins plus at least but to an even greater surprise I saw Dr. Quddusi after just 10 minutes of waiting at the clinic.I’m sure he was squeezing me in between patient but not once did he make me feel rushed. He listened to me, answered all my questions and even took the time to get to know me a little bit. Dr. Quddusi is an excellent doctor and he really cares about his job and the health of his patients. He has excellent bedside manner and I would recommend him to anyone that needs to see an ENT.

I saw Dr Quddusi for a tonsillectomy consultation, he was so understanding and easy going. I had such a pleasant experience with him compared to the last Doctor I went to. He listened to my concerns and was able to to make me feel comfortable about the procedure. I definitely recommend him

Dr. Taeed Quddusi brought fast and gentle solution to my two month long severe nosebleeds. He is warm and adept, and gave good followup.

I've been seeing Dr. Quddisi, for the last 2 to 3 years, and I'm thankful enough to have his care He listens to all your concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

I applaud Dr. Quddusi, He is a professional MD and he cares for his patients. Especially, his skills at which he performed to diagnose the problem during my treatment today on Feb /2/2021 at 11:30AM.I appreciate how Dr. Quddusi took his time to explain my nose conditions with me as well as my treatment options. A true professional. Explains the issues very well. His work, style and knowledge are top-notch.Dr. Quddusi is very professional and kind. He builds a positive rapport with his patients to make their experience enjoyable. Thank you!
