This place is great. The team they have do a great job. Gail at the sales desk, Derrick in shipping, Jim and Larry and Jodi in sales, Russ and Ashley on delivery. These guys are the dream team.

If you can get past being treated like you are invisible by the boys at the front cash, and manage to break their concentration as they clack away at their computers - oblivious to you standing right in front of them. You then get rung up and passed the bill. Confused by the miracle that just transpired, you pay, only to realize after you have left that the prices are triple a nearby competitors. So you go back 2 days later to return the unused, clean items, and there is an outrageous 35 percent restocking fee. Even though the shelves you got the items from are right behind you, and you could easily just go put them back yourself. Bewildered - you accept your refund minus the restocking fee, and leave having spent more money for nothing than the items cost at the nearby competitors.
