Excellent service. I appreciated the Eco Appliance technician explaining how to better care for my dishwasher and dryer. Rohan took extra time to make sure I understood everything about the repair. He was on time and very efficient . I would recommend them for appliance repairs.

Stove malfunctioned after putting it on self cleaning cycle. Rohan came and in no time we had our stove working again. Best service we have received. He’s also helped us with our washer dryer. I called Eco Appliance spoke to Rohan telling him my fridge was leaking.He arrived when he said he would explained to me the problem I was having and why it occurred, Rohan was efficient very patient and took the time to tell me how to care for my appliance. I would recommend Eco Appliances to anyone who needs appliance repairs . I’m happy to report that my refrigerator has been working great every since.

I called Eco Appliance about a problem with my dishwasher. Rohan was out the next morning to take a look. He identified it as a recall and there was no charge for the repair. Fast, quality and super friendly service! Would highly recommend.

Bought a washer and dryer set from Rohan which came with a 3 month warranty. There was an issue with the dryer in this time and he was very responsive and booked an appointment to come fix it right away. I'd recommend them as they're a fair and honest company.

Our washing machine stopped draining & was holding our clothes hostage! I called Eco based off a recommendation and had a great experience. Rohan was able to do a service visit within an hour of calling. He was honest about repair vs replacement, we decided on repair. He gave us a quote on the spot, ordered the part, and was back 3 days later with the part to fix our machine. Great service! Would recommend.

Rohan, the business's owner, listened patiently as I explained my theory about what was wrong with my dishwasher, then amazed me by what he could figure out by looking, experimenting, and just listening to the machine. He diagnosed the problem (completely different from what I expected) and fixed the dishwasher when he came back the next day with the part.I realized later that when my dishwasher broke seven years ago, Rohan is the guy who fixed it, and it had worked faultlessly for seven years.The dishwasher in question was a Bosch, which Rohan was clearly very familiar with.

So grateful for Rohan and everything he did for our family! Our dryer broke and we were in need of one immediately as I was giving birth the following week and we are able to get an excellent deal on a used washer/dryer set from him directly. Despite a few kinks, he was able to fix everything and ensure everything was operational and working great! You can tell he has a huge heart and will go to great lengths for his customers. Very grateful for everything he did and will recommend his services to any of our family and friends who are looking in the future.
