Charity came to my work to pick up the car, even loaned me her personal vehicle while ours was being fixed. After work was done to our car, she once again went beyond and delivered our car home to us. Workmanship was great. Keep up the great work!!! Will be recommending assured to others in the future!!! I've only had need of this place once. They were prompt in coming to my house to provide an estimate for the damage to my vehicle and they were friendly, courteous and professional about it. They did not charge me for the estimate and when it was deemed to be unfit for the road regardless of what work they could put into it they offered to tow it to the scrapyard where I could at keast make some money on what could be salvaged and reused or recycled.

Brutal, attention to detail is not good at all. I had to click my trim back in place and figure out how to align my headlight myself. Not going back!

Although it took a little bit longer than I expected because some hidden parts had to be ordered, I really satisfied with my car. It looks so great as a new car. I’m appreciate with Carissa Mills, Customer Service Advisor, brought me to a helpful and friendly service.

I have to say I was a bit leary of bringing my car there because of the previous reviews, but I have to say I was really impressed. The staff are very nice to deal with, the job was done in half the time and they did a great job. There were a few little issues but they were correctly instantly. Thank you Assured.

Courtney at Regent St. was absolutely amazing!!. She went above and beyond my expectations to get my car fixed and to have it returned to me in a very timely manner. She kept in great communication the entire time. This girl would make a great asset to any team I would hire her in a second. I hope the company she works for knows how valuable she it. I had terrible experience with Carissa. She was so rude to start with I forgot to close the door she said right on my face that no one knows ho to close the door with her rude ton. Please do not use this location if you are referred by your insurance looks like they work insurance not for you.Stay away

Avoid this body shop at all costs. They were reccomended by my insurance company after a low speed collision. Was told my vehicle was a write off if there was 5500$ of damage and my total came in just under 5000$. They never changed any front end components, I have the bent struts to prove it, they never changed a tire. The panel they supposedly changed is still bent and does not line up to the body and my bumper which was supposed to be new pops out on that corner that was hit. I only noticed the struts when I went to change them and had a hard time installing the one on the side that was hit, requiring a 4 foot long prybar to line up the spindle. Upon closer inspection you can see where the strut is bent. The car got twisted in the accident and they never said a thing even though the alignment machine should have picked that up. The car is sitting in my driveway and I no longer drive it due to these issues. I made the mistake of telling them I only planned on keeping the car for another year or so when I dropped it off but with covid and the price of secondhand cars my plans had changed. Would of been nice to have an honest assessment of the vehicle in the first place.
