Today I paid my very first visit to CarQuest Auto Parts and I am so happy to say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Having spoken ahead of time with Andy about a part that my car required, I already got the impression on the phone that he was invested in my needs as a customer and prepared the part for me to pick up.I felt very lucky to meet Andy when I arrived to get the part and found that the kindness he expressed over the phone extended very graciously to my in-store visit. After purchasing the part, we talked further about my car's needs and Andy too the time to use his expertise in assisting me to understand what will be best for my car.From this visit, I left with a genuine confidence in the integrity of CarQuest thanks to Andy. His honesty, dedication to his customer's needs and a true sense of perfectionism in his work make me truly proud to be a customer of CarQuest!

Needed an obscure 11 year old windshield wiper transmission assembly. They had a new one in stock! Right there on the shelf.This is a part that would have taken 10-20 days to get from a dodgy Amazon dealer.The price was slightly higher than I had hoped BUT the quality was better!First time there, but it will be the first place I go next time I need something for my cars! Thanks, guys!
