I love their products and frequently shop online here but today had a really bad experience on the Aerie side. Was waiting by the fitting rooms, was ignored and not served and had others who got there later served before me. by the time I asked the worker again to assist me with a room, there were none that were available. She then just leaves me standing there without assistance so I said forget it and put down all the merchandise I was interested in, and left.

Great store, good quality clothes. Right now most of the stuff is 30% off, plus another 15% if you sign up for email promotions. Purchase over 100 dollars get you a free nice blanket. Employees didn't harass and helped out exactly how they should. Overall great experience

Good size storefront, good selection wasn't too busy considering it's Vaughan Mills. I was doing online returns which went smoothly, there wasn't a line meaning there was ample open registers.

Store is organized but the pricing is not upto the mark there is bunch of inventory on the same stack in the stock of discounted shelf and then when you take it to cash counter they cant honourthere own pricing and be like oh may be went in the wrong place ok i understand 1can go but not 10of them are folded on the same place its total misguiding and even they dont listen u say there is stock right up there the are like him but it this much weather u but it or not u pay for our mistake

I've never bought anything from Aerie in my life but I walked in today with a mission to buy new undies lol. I was about to leave but Kristin came up to me after overhearing how I didn't like the selection. She told me to choose the pairs I liked online and that they could ship it to my house. She was very outgoing, friendly, and kind. She and Leyah also helped me with sizing, told me about the sales going on and recommended me the sweatshorts which I am now in love with(bought 3 pairs)! They went above and beyond with their customer service. Her and Leyah were the sweetest, friendliest, most down to earth girls I have ever met at the mall! Thank you girls for your help and an amazing conversation <3 made my day for real. I wish more girls were like y'all!

The girls working at Aerie are so friendly and helpful. They helped me with fitting when I wasn't sure of my size and made sure to find me a perfect bra for my needs. I needed something specific, and when I said that it fit well enough, they didn't let me walk out with a bra I wasn't fully satisfied with. Big thank you to Caitlin (not sure how your name is spelled, I'm sorry!!) and Ivanna who was helping me, you were fantastic.
