Kept my laptop for two-three days. I calld them on the second day - he said will need 8-10 business days as he didn't have the spare parts. So I went and collected my laptop, he had opened it and broken it from the side as he couldn't screw it properly. Also, charged me $40 for doing nothing.

Came for an IPhone 8 screen repair. Help was quick, professional, well priced and they even gave me a free screen protector. I highly recommend!

My laptop broke, I was afraid to go to a place to be overcharged because I don't know much about computers. I was afraid to go to a place where they would dismantle my laptop without me knowing. Because I am new in the city I had no clue where to go and I'm very glad that I read the reviews and went to TECH SHOP.The person in charge (Ansar) was very polite and inspired trust, I had an idea of what could be wrong with my computer and I told Ansar what I thought, based on my indications he gave me an estimated price and gave me price alternatives. Once he reviewed my laptop he noticed it was not what I thought and that it was an easier fix than expected.I was happily surprised to pay less than expected, he could have charged me more because I thought was something else but he was honest to charge me the right price to the fix that was needed.My conclusion is that this is an excellent place to go based on my experience, I'm going to go back without a doubt whenever technology fails again... Friendly and customer service. I bought the wrong adapter, and he was flexible in letting me return it and to try something else.

Came here an hour before their closing time. My iPhone charging port was acting up and not charging at all. The wonderful staff at TECH SHOP took the time to fix it. And then an issue occurred with my SIM card not connecting and they even took the time to fix that for me as well (old SIM card issue) free of charge I might add. On top of that they provided me with a free screen tempered glass screen (mine was very cracked) and a new SIM card for me to swap my old one else. Wonderful service, fast, excellent, and I highly highly recommend.

I came to this shop over a year ago. I did a dust cleaning for my laptop. I am leaving this comment today because I found out the owner did not clean my laptop inside at all. Recently, I learned how to assemble a desktop. I also grew interest in laptop as well, plus my laptop is making large noise and always go blue screen. I decided to follow online instructions to clean it. That’s when I found out the owner only open the back board and never cleaned cooling fins, and everything inside. Including reapply thermal paste on gpu and cpu. I remembered when I talked to the owner about thermal paste. Back the I didn’t know how it worked. The owner seemed complexed just as I do. I asked a few shops. Other shops charged 90-120, this one only charged 35. I am giving a two star just because the surface of the laptop is super clean I cannot deny that. However I am paying the owner to cleaning the fans, cooling fins and reapply thermal paste which I didn’t know how to do it on my own. The evidence I am sure he didn’t do the cleaning is if he took the radiator off. The tape would come off right off. The instruction videos says if no one opens that before. The tape would be sticky and not easy to peel that off. So my recommendation would be if you want to do a laptop cleaning. Bring it to somewhere honest and professional rather than waste 35 here and get a clean surface but not solve any issue.Update: Reply to owner’s comment. You said I asked for a clean up service. However, the fact is you didn’t even open the back of laptop. When I cleaned it, everything is tight and the tape attached on the fans and cooling fins are never peeled off. So stop finding excuse about the thermal paste. The issue is you not clean the dust inside the laptop we agreed onNo one is stupid to pay someone 35 dollars to clean the keyboard and surface. Plus a professional clean up place would clean the cooling fins and reapply the thermal paste all together, because when you clean the cooling fins. Gpu and cpu is right there. So stop lying about thermal paste is extra. You only clean the keyboard and surface. Although a year ago I am not familiar with the laptop inside. I know it’s the dust cause the overheat. I am here to tell everyone you are not honest.

Great service! Water damaged MacBook was repaired fast and for a good price.

My charging port was broken and I couldn't charge my laptops battery. They changed the charging port, but it wasn't charging the battery, said cannot fix that. Took to another service they changed some chip on motherboard for reasonable price and all works now. So this was waste of time. should have done it all in one place. Not here.
