Jon Crandall, the owner and a fellow veteran, showed up when he said he would and did a fine job sweeping the stove pipes at my house and at my shop. He graciously showed me how to remove the fire bricks and baffle on one of my wood stoves that I couldn’t figure out how to clean myself. I will hire him again in the future.
