A few of us buddies went for a drive and ended up here , was the best fish and chicken I’ve ever had and the screwball Cheesecake was absolutely delicious . The staff were right on, thanks again Ladies .

What an awesome place to stop whether in a car or on the nearby CBN Trailway. Famous for there cheesecake but there pub food is highly regarded as well.Highly recommended!!! I'll be back every chance I get.

Red Ochre Cafe
Had chicken tenders and fries. They were absolutely amazing. You only need three. I got 5 but it was too much. They were pure boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 3 pieces. It was extremely tender. The home fries were equally good. We were stuffed. The service was very good and quick. Thank you Red Ochre. We will be back again and again.

This place is well worth the trip! The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Also, they have done a great job on the decor.Adendum: My wife, sister-in-law and I were on the ferry returning to NS and we were discussing what was the best restaurant for our two week NL trip and we all voted the Red Ochre as the best lunch.

Absolutely amazing! The service was good, the food was phenomenal and an all around great experience! Definitely get the maple bacon onion rings.
