Ordered offices signs from Centre Core and was pleased with my experience from beginning to end. The signs look awesome and we would definitely using them again.

Horrible customer service!!! Office hours listed are incorrect...Don't call before 9:00am or you'll talk to the manager. He is a lier and tells you one thing but charges you another!

We ordered all new company signs and riders from Center Core. Shirley was very responsive to our pre-sales inquiries. When we finally received the product, all pieces (approx. 70) except for 3 were damaged. They were covered in ink runs, poor cuts, fingerprints from touching while ink was wet, scratched cloroplast etc. When we returned them and reviewed them with the team, we were offered a 15% refund. The signs were nearly unusable. I had to fight to get back 50% and we kept the signs, but ended up re-covering them with stickers from another provider. Overall, highly disappointed with the quality of the work and the response from upper management. It was a pleasure to deal with Shirley, but we won't be back again.
