It was amazing. Started off steep and just got steeper. It was pretty sketchy and loose footing towards the top but worth every single second❤❤❤

Small detail: the trailhead at the end of Macs Lane isn't the one that leads to Robert's Mountain, but the one that leads up to a smaller peak between Robert's Mountain (to the SW) and Bear Hill (to the NE). The trail is quite a bit shorter, but a pleasant hike regardless. It's just a little over 1km to the top of the hill, with the highest point at approximately 170 meters, which offers a great view looking back down over Pleasant Bay. It's not nearly as high as Robert's Mountain though, which has a peak of over 300 meters.
