Amazing customer service! Have bought many pairs of glasses from Hakim over the years. Always good quality. They even helped me repair my out of warranty glasses.

They were very helpful and I would recommend them very much a very good experience keep up the good work the 2 girls that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable

So thankful to the young lady at Hakim Optical on front street Belleville. I brought a broken pair of glasses in, and she replaced the arms and repaired them, no charge. Another place told me that they could not be repaired.This place is A1. You just don't see this level of caring or service anywhere like this anymore. Thanks to this young lady, I was able to wear my current prescription again (I was wearing an old pair).Can't praise this place enough and do it justice!!!

Incredible customer service!!Found the perfect glasses and sunglasses here and received help from 2 fantastic people.The young lady was very helpful and friendly and the gentle man that fitted my glasses for me was an absolute pleasure.Direct billing was easy and my glasses were in within 2 weeks. Upon picking them up this evening she was sure I was completely satisfied with the fit of my glasses and made the adjustments I needed so they were a perfect fit!I cannot be happier with my experience here and will continue to use this location in the future.;)

I have to say, we had a great experience with Jackie! My mom, who is suffering from dementia, realized her sun glass frames were broken. We contacted the store, and schedule an appointment for a couple of days later. Jackie came out, in full PPE, and took her glasses so that she could pull frames that would work as a replacement for my mom's appointment. Pulled up today and we were done within 10 minutes. I waited in the car, but when Mom returned, she raved about how efficient and organized Jackie was. She took about 30 minutes to get everything done and the prices were very reasonable! Really impressed and grateful for Jackie's professionalism and attention to detail.

I first went to Hakim Optical Bellville, because, my one and only pair of glasses had broke. I was in need of an eye exam also, this was over 2 years ago.Hakim Bellville had me in to see an Optometrist same day, and was the only place that had staff that gave me an opinion on Frames I picked. Today December 23rd 2021, my glasses broke. I am literally useless without them. Hakim Bellvilles staff, was beyond helpful.Highly Recommend.

Stopped in today to look at some glasses, the misleading sign on the door said closed on Saturdays- yet they were open. We walked in and the girl working was sarcastic and had an attitude. Offered no help when looking at frames and immediately left to the back room where we couldn’t ask her questions about anything. The front counter was cluttered and a mess. Most of the frames I picked up were cheaply made and squeaky. Pricing was no where to be found yet we couldn’t ask the worker since she disappeared to the back. Left and bought frames at a different store! Don’t waste your time here.

Probably the worst place I’ve ever gotten glasses, at first I was deceived by somewhat good customer service at the beginning to pick out my glasses. Then I was treated ok doing my exam, WELL it turned out my prescription was off so I had to go back in; the doctor was very rude and dismissive and made it VERY apparent I was unwelcome and inconveniencing her. It has been about month since I’ve received my new glasses with the “proper prescription) …. It’s still off and the coatings on my glasses are terrible so it makes it even harder to see, but I’m terrified to go back in because of the incompetence and how I was treated. DO NOT RECOMEND !!!!!

Went in at the beginning of spring for some glasses…the lab got them wrong 5 times…the measurements were wrong and so was the prescription, these employees were blaming the other the whole time. 6 months later they say they got it right..pick them up and they offer 50.00 refund for 6 + months of pure incompetence..Glasses are still horrific! Going to contact my insurance and let them know these people are scamming. Horrible experience to say the least!
