New World Basement Waterproofing and Repair

My company Scott's Mini Excavation and Breaking recently started working with Garen's company New World Water Proofing. We expose foundation walls so Garen and his team can get in there and repair the walls and provide damp proofing. Garen is very professional, good communicator and his team get the jobs done on time and properly. I would definetely call New World Water Proofing if I had any type of water leak residentially or commercially.

As a realtor I appreciate efficiency and honestly. Garen goes above and beyond when it comes to providing customer service. Providing advice without expecting a job. Garen and his team did an outstanding waterproofing job. We had water leaking into our basement thru the walls due to faulty drain tile system installed by another company about 13 years ago. Garen is very knowledgeable not only on waterproofing but also helped us identify the issues of the drain tiles. With his helps, we were able to communicate with the drain tile installer about the problems and now working on finding solutions to those issues. Garen and his team arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and he was able to rearrange his busy schedule to accommodate our needs. He has excellent communication skills and is the most responsive contractor we dealt with. We would definitely recommend him to everyone who is looking for waterproofing contractor. Thank you Garen!

New World Basement Waterproofing understands their craft and their work speaks for itself.When they’re engaged for the work they help coordinate spec and inspections with the consultants, come to site prepared to work, are safety conscience and leave the site clean before they leave.Very little deficiencies or call back items and they are happy to work around your schedule. As a project superintendent I highly recommend them, and hope to work with them again.
