Surprice

I recently picked up a car from surprise car rental. They picked me up from the airport, which was a short drive to their office. The check-in was fast and efficient and the gentleman who helped me was super nice, I ended up with a 2022 Toyota Corolla. I found it to be price efficient, had good customer service and the vehicle had low mileage. I'll deff be booking through surprise car rentals. Thank you!

the booking was super easy. punctually we were picked up from Toronto airport. the handover of our almost new rental car was quick and easy. the car was in perfect condition. the return was very easy. the co-worker Harry received us. He took us back to the airport, helped unload luggage and was very friendly and entertaining. i can only recommend surprice. thanks, Harry!

I liked their service, I was supposed to get a smaller sedan car, but it was not available when I reached their office, so they gave me bigger car which I had to return later to get the smaller one, which was the only negative thing about the place. The cars were clean and new. Their price was excellent, they held a $500 charge which they return in couple of days. They picked my call up every time I had a question. I was not charged anything extra. Make sure to have your own insurance for quick in and out service. I would recommend to everyone.

Incredible price. Got an upgrade for free due to happenstance. I was flying into YYZ, staying for a few days requiring a vehicle, before flying out of YYZ.My reservation provided solid instructions to get me from my seat on the airplane to their front door, which was painless via link train and FREE (tip always encouraged, when able) shuttle.At the end of my stay, when I dropped off my rental, the manager (whose name I shamefully cannot recall) drove me to the airport in the same vehicle I rented. If that's not 5 star service, I don't know what is.I rented the car to drive 4 hours to kingston, and subsequently return to 4 hours to the airport. I've done this trip many times over the last 15 years, and I have paid more for return bus fare between YYZ and Kingston.Low price, personal service. This is what every business should strive for.

I would recommend them, they are not only the cheapest car rentals but also provide the best service. Hassle free as well. I will definitely repeat.

Horrible experience. Please note their office closes at 7pm so if you have a late flight or it was delayed past their hours they will cancel your reservation. Showed up the next morning to try to rectify the situation and they had no cars and were not helpful at all. Terrible customer service and will never use again. Don’t be fooled

Had a good experience. Price was good and was able to get my car and have it checked back in smoothly! Airport shuttle was also very easy! One thing that could help is if their hours were posted. They are open 8am -7pm. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware they closed at 7 so I had to come in the next day.

Good service with amazing price. They offer free airport shuttle for pickup and drop off. It takes a bit walk (~10m) from the airport arrival to the shuttle pickup spot. But they have detailed instructions and that is easy to follow.Car is new, clean and perfectly functional. We declined the insurance as our credit card already carries the rental car insurance. And they are totally cool about it, no force selling, no hidden fee.
