Nothing like soup on a rainy afternoon . Zoup is the place! Chicken pot pie soup is the favourite. They didn’t lie! I loved it! It’s good, really good!(Only negative for me was the take away containers, I’d rather have it served in a real bowl)

A wonderful place. Delicious, friendly staff, fast service, clean and cozy. I also liked the serving, the way everything is packed, and bread and butter are served to the soup. I will come back here again.

This isn't where I was originally wanting to go for lunch but am happy I did.Clean with a very fresh and inviting atmosphere.Staff is very friendly. There are several different types of soups on hand and staff encourage you to sample any of them before purchasing one.Parking is plentiful and free.I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Variety of soup choices, very tasty and delicious, amazing friendly staff, and a generous amount of food for the price. If you like soup then it is a must-visit place.

Zoup! is absolutely delicious. It ends up being pretty pricey but worth it. Highly recommended soups: Chicken potpie, loaded baked potato and broccoli cheddar. They used to have a mac & cheese soup (pictured) but it has since been discontinued. Turkey & bacon club sandwich (pictured) is also amazing. You can sample as many soups as you would like to help you decide on your final selection. The pick 2 combo is a decent deal ($13.19+tax) to enjoy both an 8oz soup and half a sandwich, with the option to upgrade the soup size, which you will definitely want to do. Sunday hours are limited to just lunchtime.

I really like the concept of a soup specialized place. I like the sampling area so I can try and pick the I like. I got the lobster bisque with a chicken sandwich and they were both great. Highly recommend this place. They’ve got many great options.

Good food, great staff! So friendly and helpful. One time an Uber driver picked up my order by mistake and they replaced it and added an extra cookie and a free drink even though it was not their fault.

I have always loved Zoup. I used to frequent the Kitchener location. This was my first visit to the Cambridge location. I took my grandmother out for lunch as she had never been. My grandmother is unwell and we wanted to take advantage of what little time we have left together. We arrived and she took a seat at a table as she doesn't have the energy to stand for periods of time. I went and took photos of all that days' offerings. I went to her table and read her the available options. She gave me her selection. I asked if she wanted to sample it and she said no it will be fine. Unfortunately when she got her purchased soup the spice irritated her throat. She was unable to eat more than 2 mouthfuls. I asked if she wanted to take it home and try it again later and she said no. I did not want to dump a full soup in the garbage to leak everywhere and asked the gentleman behind the counter if he would dump it out for me. He asked if there was an issue with soup. I explained to him as above and he offered her another selection. We were not expecting that at all. That little gesture made a huge impact. She was thrilled with the new soup. (For the record the issue with the first soup was not Zoup's wrongdoing, it was grandmother's condition) Thank you to the staff who were all great for making our lunch date so positive

Love this place!! Nice service, lots of tables to dine in. I like that you get to sample the soups before ordering. The ingredients taste fresh, both soups and sandwiches are yummy. Not a fan of the broth options though.
