I was stuck on the side on the 401 and Wright Towing showed up in 10 minutes after all other companies estimated 30-40 minutes. They were beyond friendly and helpful getting me out of harms way and home safe. Thank you Wright Towing

We used Wright for an equipment transfer off a tractor trailer at a local golf course. The driver showed up ahead of schedule and showed extreme professionalism! I would highly recommend and use again!

Got my truck off the 401 after being rear ended. Driver was great at his job and super professional. Dispatch helped me locate my car and get the forms to move it to my insurance adjuster. Great service.

These guys are just making money without even caring for their customers; the lady who works in their yard didn’t even let me take my personal belongings out of the car. Even though my insurance company said I can take my stuff from the car, but that didn’t allowed my to . Moreover, they said that the next day after towing my car to their yard they will tow it to the final destination where it is supposed to go, but it’s still there in the yard; it’s been more than 5 days. They are doing this so that they can charge me more money for parking my vehicle in their yard. I am really disappointed with their service at all . I don’t recommend them to anyone.

My driver Tommy was EXTREMELY professional. Knew how to turn a very bad situation like the car accident I was in into a good one by putting a smile on my face with his humor and made sure I found a way home safely before getting out if his truck

Wright towing never returned my call as promised. Never assisted with removing licence plate from vehicle as promised. Gave me a runaround and made excuses every day for almost 3 weeks. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend to family or friends. Very rude and not helpful at all. Gave wrong information about vehicle location and sent me on a goose chase. Worst experience ever.

My classic 1959 car would not start after winter storage. Jesse and his partner were able to extract it from its storage unit in a tight space and get it onto the flatbed. They were very careful not to damage anything. Extremely professional and helpful. Would 100% recommend. Great service.

Awful experience. At first the two men I spoke two were wonderful gentlemen. I was informed by two individuals that the tow truck would be coming to me in under 30 minutes. I waited 1 hour and then called 4 times, for the man to inform us that he was eating and would be coming once finished. This was highly unprofessional as I was given a time frame. I then contacted the man who sent the other man to us- he said Everyone needs to eat... And no one wants to work weekends." I was taken aback by this as they are open 24 hours and shouldn't be a functioning service

This place is trying to say i owe them $1,300 for a 7 day impoundment which actually was an illegal impound .I've had my car impound 4 times and each bill for 7 days was under $600.00 I've also had it impounded 45 days and only cost me $1000....This company thinks I'm paying 300 hook fee plus 180 dolly free plus 180 for wait time to have the cops search my car illegally.... don't think so . I'll go to a judge and have a judge order my car out pending a civil suit for damages to my exhaust which they didn't tell me about ...One staff member was extremely rude and told me a complete different price around $700 .The second lady was very nice and helpful I got a bit upset when she told me the bill was $1300Law say you need to advertise your prices and you don't now I see whyThe car will stay there until I get a fair bill
