Got there at 1245pm on a Saturday, but store was closed even though signage said they were open until 2pm. Unable to go inside. Another couple arrived minutes after us and even knocked on the door. Disappointing.

Horrible service. Bought a washer and the spin cycle didn’t work. Called and was told I could return it. When I returned the washer, I was told they had to test it. Now I’m out $450 and a washer. Still waiting to see what the test comes back as.

I have bought a lot of stuff from Ross Furniture. Staff were able to help me find a great mattress for my daughter and some furniture for my bedroom and living room. Definitely be back to shop some more
