The customer service I receive there is always exceptional!! I'm not from Kamloops and make the commute out as my options are limited where I am. The gentleman there remember me and help me everytime! :) the vibe is incredible

Horrible customer service. I’m from out of town and our Zumiez has such kind staff. I walked in and not one of the three staff acknowledged me, and simply continued their personal conversation. I began to browse and one of them brushed by me without a word. I left within 5 minutes, even though I’d been planning for a big haul. Just keep in mind this kind of behaviour is what makes you lose business. Aim higher.

I'm a regular at Zumies and so are my son and daughter....we shop there quite a lot actually. The vibe of the store is super chill and they have a great selection of clothes and gear.When my daughter decided to take up skateboarding, the staff were really passionate about the sport and so knowledgeable about their products, they got her totally set up. They even invited her an all girls skate night one of the female staff members hosted at a local skate park.Otis, the manager, is always super helpful and professional. I have seen him juggle multiple customers at a time and always deliver top notch, personalized service to every customer. I recently found a hoodie I loved, on their sale rack. Unfortunately it wasnt available in my size. Otis offered to check their website and ordered it online for me (while helping a guy in the change rooms with sizes at the same time). It arrived within like 2 days. That's going above and beyond if you ask me.We will be back, so see ya soon :)

Waited in line to pay for 2 shirts. Waited for 10 minutes while the 36 year old employee decided his corny rap career was more important to share with 2 girls he was clearly flirting with, rather than just taking my money and letting us leave. Left the shirts there because it was getting hard to listen to a grown man’s rap career. Will not shop here again

The times I've been there the employees have been super knowledgeable and helpful with skating info and stuff (i've been wanting to start for a while, and have been in to ask lots of questions), however I have to dock two stars because a couple times i've been in and one or two dudes are messing with their skateboards in store. I have sensory issues and the sudden loud noises and things made me really uncomfortable as a shopper (esp with the skateboard(s?) going all over the place and not knowing if they're going to hit me or not. Besides the fact that it is unprofessional even for a skatestore. Their prices are also very high, and there are never really good sales. It is fun to come in and take a look around though, but those couple times with the loudness and skateboards really put a damper on my experience there.

This was quite literally the best service I’ve ever experienced in my life. After having an issue with my shoe I purchased the manager happily helped and hooked me up with a new pair and a fist bump.Definitely coming back!

I would get rid of all the staff and rehire if this was my store. Staff were all hanging out at front cash SCREAMING and joking amongst themselves. When one finally came to ask if ibwas looking for something he was looking over my shoulder and laughing with the other staff behind me. When I went to checkout same thing. All talking to each other the didn't even acknowledge I was a human standing in front of him. Eventually just handed me the pinpad, didn't tell me the total or talk to me at all. Rudest most immature staff I've ever encountered anywhere I was actually blown away they were trusted there on their own. If they weren't then you need a new manager cause they're tanking you're store. Will absolutely not return and have already told people to take their business elsewhere.

My uncle purchased a hoodie from here and he paid using his international credit card, the transaction was unsuccessful for the first time but it went through for the second time. But later (10-15 days) when he received his bill of the credit card the amount was debited twice. We went to the store and told them the matter but they said they need the receipt for the original purchase to do anything related to refund but as its already been 10-15 days and we like the thing we purchased, we had already scrapped the bill as it was of no use now. The worst part is, they didn’t even checked or assure us to check for any double charge. They should have atleast tried to look up their system, we would have told them amount, date, time and any other thing to make their search easy. Sorry but thats not a good customer service

My 12 year old son came in to pick up trucks for his skateboard he built in shop class at his school in Ashcroft. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. They completely made his day.
