Very welcoming atmosphere! Tonight Oct 17th, 2022 was my first adult class and to be honest I was feeling extremely shy. Tonight they had us do group activity and ended up getting into a group that really welcomed me in. The class was very empowering as well and was left sweating at the end. All around amazing! Thank you to those for listening to my story, and making me feel important in such a short time! I can't wait to see where Taekwan-do takes me!

This gym is owned by a family that treats you like family. It is an inclusive facility that has a well developed curriculum and offers programs for young children up to adults. The new facility is clean and spacious with 2 large training floors, welcoming lobby, and an additional area for students to stretch before class. They also offer the opportunity to compete if you are interested in tournaments. Highly recommend…..

Great experience! Signed up our two kids this week. My almost teen daughter is actually really excited to go and loved her first group class! My 8 yo boy practiced what he learned at home all night (without being asked) and thanked me for signing him up. I’ve always wanted them to do this but now they’re ready and want to do it. Mrs. S. was a great instructor, taught a lot in a short time and they loved her!

This is a great place to go for all your fitness needs. I just completed the 6 week fitness challenge! I am very pleased with the results and would recommend going to anyone who is on the fence. The classes were fun and they took the time to teach you, if you are like me and have no idea lol. They are great with answering questions and are knowledgeable on all things that concern fitness. They provided the accountability that I needed to successfully reach my goals!

Brodie has been going to Taekwondo for 2 months now and really seems to enjoy it, every month they have a new life skill they focus on which will help him throughout his life, he can be shy when you first meet him, but the instructors seem to have pulled him out of his shell! He is becoming a more confident little man. Thank you for all you do for the kids!

I enrolled both my little ones in the classes. The kids love going. The instructors are super friendly and encouraging with the kids. Both my children are excited to attend the classes each week!! Definitely help build their confidence.

Yes It's been over a two months now that my son have joined. I must say you guys did a tremendous job! My son always very excited for the class! he always said mom we can't be late ! we should be on time & he kept asking me when will be his next class. And. every after class, he likes to show to us what he had learned on that day. . Guys I am very proud of what my son have accomplish now & to the future. You have been very good martial arts instructors. No words can even explained. You go above and beyond as a teachers & as a school!Once again I am very happy & satisfied and zero regrets of putting my Son at your great reputable & elite school of Martial Arts!

I just finished a 6 week challenge at Champion Fitness and lost 25 pounds!!! I enjoyed that no 2 classes were the same. Nicole is a great instructor with an abundance of energy. She kept me accountable and worked along side me to help reach my weight loss goal. If you are looking for a fun, welcoming atmosphere, Champion Fitness is the place to be! Thank you Nicole & Josh.

Super pushy to get you to join. The instructor was quite rude to the kids because they were late one day (which was one of the childrens moms fault so it shouldn’t have been taken out on the little ones). I mentioned her rudeness after experiences it first hand on another occasion and asked if she could explain it to me, she refused to apologize and made it sound like it was somehow my sons fault for not being able to sit still in class. Kids are kids, I understand it’s a more disciplined form of instruction but when they are 5-years-old there should be more patience. Would not return.

My oldest has been attending classes at Champion Taekwon-Do for six months, and it was love at first sight since day one! We love the family like and caring environment that the instructors provide. My son has learned so much more than simply just Taekwon-Do, he has gained real life skills that transfer and apply to all areas of life. This place is truly incredible!
