My husband Bramley Eccles and I felt at ease during our interactions, and Tanya was patient and forthcoming with helping us with any paperwork she needed. She made sure everything was in order for us with things like the necessary permits and stickers validating the safety of our mobile home being up to date. She did everything possible to speed up the process, as we already had a place picked out. We couldn't have found a better place in our price range in this area. We are set up in a mobile home in a quiet park, with all our appliances being energy efficient and better for the environment. Also it is the perfect location as Bram can get to work in a timely manner from here. She did follow-up visits to make sure we continued to do well with our purchase, willing to do more to help if she could.
