We attended to pick up a cap for a drain pipe at your Duncan store for our yard. We were shown a cap and I advised that it wouldn’t go with our lawn, and I was looking for more of a drain than a cap so if there was heavy rain or I over watered the lawn, then excess water would drain out instead of pooling on the lawn. I showed the staff a picture of the pipe and how it was situated. I don’t know the gentleman’s name, but he immediately came up with a solution. We walked to the back of the lot and he found a cast iron round frame and drain insert that was the perfect solution. He even provided a piece of the same type of pipe and we made sure it fitted properly and would solve the problem.This gentleman then gave directions about setting the drain and to use a little concrete to hold it in place. He also disclosed that it was his day off and he had just dropped by.This personal client service is exceptional, and this gentleman deserves a raise and promotion.
