Customer service staff are well trained and informed about the bank products and policies, so expect any of your BMO related queries to be answered appropriately.

Very well known for racially profiling a first nation client back in 2019, vancouver Downtown main branch of bank of Montreal will always remain a symbol of racism and the leadership team here knows nothing of respecting minorities and people of different cultural backgrounds. They will always have staffing challenges because no one in their right mind would want to work for this racist and greedy team monitoring downtown and north shore. To The “damage control team” at bmo: your reply to my review does not matter and it cannot solve the problem cause in the real moment the same people who are still working at this bank will always fail.

The teller and manager here do not know what they’re doing.Last time I brought my internet paper bill to pay it, somehow the teller decided to pay that amount on my credit card instead of my paper bill.I didn’t notice this until next month that my next internet bill states I missed my last payment and charge me some interest. I went to this branch again, the teller and manager said they’ll pay correctly to the paper bill this time, and ask me if I need BMO cover the interest from my bill.Yes, I don’t care about few cents of interest, but you BMO should cover it because that’s your mistake. What makes BMO think they can get away from that?So, if you want to pay the bill, either do it online or go to other trustable branch.————————More update on April 22,Last week, I came here again for a simple thing which I didn’t expect anything could went wrong. I came here to unfrozen an account that I hadn’t use for a while.After my account is unfrozen, this teller - Alice Dong, started to sell me BMO products and services. I was very patient to wait for her to finish her speech, then I told her “ok, let me think about it and decide later”. She was dumb and inpatient to only hear that “ok”, take my answer as a “yes”, and quickly activate their new services on my account (which costs annual fee).So, now I have to call BMO customer service to stop these unwanted services/products.Thank you Alice Dong, I will make sure I always remember not to talk to any teller and/or staff at this branch.

I would like to express my thanks to Sunny Hon. I was so frustrated due to a mistaken withdrawal of my chequing account and wanted to get my funds back asap. Sunny helped me initiate the request for correction. After I got back to my office, I also received a follow up email from him with all the details I need and got my funds back the next day! Amazing work done Sunny!

This branch is the worst. No one is at the customer service desk, forcing you to wait 20 minutes to ask a simple question ONLY for them to refer you to call. Why bother having such a massive branch, which has probably 15-20 spots for Tellers and use only 3 of them. Will not come back unless it's for the ATM which does not require human interaction.

Worst location. I wish I could give them 0 star. They keep people waiting for hours in line. You can see 10 people behind the counters, but only 2 are helping people with their banking needs, others are just chit chatting

I had great experience at this branch.Sara is really helpful person I've ever met at all branches. She's the only person to try to fix my issue. Most of them are usually let me call the company even though I'm there to ask their help. It's just waste of my time...She even contaced me in advance to let me know that it took more time than we expected. I didn't need spend extra time thanks to her!

ATM STOLE $500 from us 7 months ago, the bank tellers keep saying they don’t know anything. A horribly run bank. No proper procedures or training. Do NOT go here.

Can we get this guy to open and help one of the 50 customers in line. Buddy just wonders around with his n95 mask doing absolutely nothing productive. And decides to go home when there's a line out the door. Great example of kicking the bucket.

hi I wonder what time you open I look at time slot they said you open 8am for wed ? I wonder if true or false ? last time I called them BMO Bank front desk staff and they told me they are not open 8amuntil 9am or 930 not 8am I was confused ? please let me know ! thank you ,
