Compared to other builders sales team who are full of sweet words but zero value for your hard earned cash; the team at Great Gulf are transparent and are straight to the point. No wonder GreatGulf won Builder of the Year again.

We’ve had the fortune of working with some of the representatives at GG, who have been very supportive. Samira the receptionist was our first point of contact - she was an incredible help throughout the process of constructing our dream home, she offered great advice, was very organised and quick with communications especially during Covid times when it’s not possible to work in person. From the moment we reached out to build a home with her, she was very transparent in terms of the documents that needed to be completed as well as the information from the builders. We’re always happy to go into the office because she’s very welcoming. I’m looking forward to working with more representatives.

Vivien Chan the broker of record is a very shady and dishonest person, i had been reaching out to her for months on booking a detached home and had filled out the forms needed. She had stopped replying to all my emails and phone calls and went ghost. Just recently i had gotten an email saying all detached properties are sold out? How when i was months ahead of the time frame. The real estate industry is crawling with crooks like viven chan who conduct business in a way to benefit their own family and friends as many other builders have done. I hope REBBA or RECO clamp down on these crooks and shut this unfair process of booking new construction homes down. There needs to be a fair and honest system in place. Avoid Viven Chan the broker of record very dishonest.

Bought a home from Great Gulf which closed in 2020.Purchase was efficiently done.Customer service was exceptional. Elisa always respond promptly to my emails.As with any new build there'll be minor issues.Elisa was outstanding in organizing any adjustments or repairs required. Thankful for their outstanding customer service.Would recommend this builder.
