We recently had RCC install a sump pump and membranes in our basement. Den and Roy's crews were terrific. They provided the services in a timely and efficient manner. They were polite. communicated well, and cleaned up after themselves. We could not have asked for better service !

I never write reviews but I was really blown away by this service. Den came over very promptly and made recommendations that were helpful and gave me a couple options and price points. Once I made my decision to move forward, Omar and his crew came out and had the work done very quickly. I was honestly shocked how quickly they worked and how efficient it was! There hasn't been any water since, we are extremely satisfied with this service and highly recommend Den and Omar's crew from RCC waterproofing!

RCC contacted us immediately when we inquired about work being done on our basement. Joe came to assess the job and give us an estimate. Once we decided to go through with it he sent a crew of four lead by foreman Roger. The crew spent 6 days to excavate, install and backfill a complete outside waterproofing wrap as well as the installation of a sump pit. The crew restored our property back to its original condition. Joe, Roger and crew were very professional and kept us up to date on work being done. We were so pleased with the work that was done. Price was reasonable and we would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We contacted RCC to help us fix a leak in our finished basement. Den and Chris and Marco assisted us throughout the entire process. Den was very quick to follow up with us to make arrangements for his crew to look into the issue and provided us with options for the fix. Everyone was very professional and provided us with a lot of guidance and reassurance. We are incredibly thankful for all their hard work.

I was very pleased with the initial visit by Den. He gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision on what needed to be done.Chris, Marko and Ryan did the waterproofing and put in the trench and sump pump in a very efficient way. Everything was done in time and they made sure to clean up before they left.I am very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them and the company anytime.

From the first visit by Den, I knew I had picked the right company. He gave me several different solutions and explained everything in detail. A short time later George and Michael came to do the work, right on time. They had a very professional and friendly approach. I was amazed at their efficiency, and how tidy it was when they were finished. I highly recommend RCC.

RCC waterproofed my basement just over 3 years ago and installed a sump pump at the same time. One of the elbow joints connecting the plastic drainage pipes outside my house (which in turn are connected to my sump pump) needed to be replaced because there was a small leak. I spoke to Den at RCC and even though my warranty was up, Den sent Ryan to the house to fix the issue for me. Ryan was extremely professional, precise and thorough. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I would highly recommend RCC for their level of service.
