Rick and staff are first class all the way! Impeccable customer service and a clean, friendly environment to shop in.We were trying to transition our Dog's food and the brand we selected was a no-go; Rick and the Team were there to offer advice and provided a very accommodating solution for the new brand. We highly recommend this store and are thrilled a business of this nature is located in our neighborhood.

I believe he is the owner because he was the only one working when I visited the store a few weeks ago. When I asked him questions, he was arrogant and condescending. He did not offer any assistance. He threw the receipt on the counter at the checkout. I'm not here to be bullied; I'm here to shop. AVOID this store at all cost!

Super knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I always shop here for my cats. Rick is an amazing owner, he keeps the shop clean and was very helpful when I needed to find the specific food I was looking for.

I went to buy dog food that I thought was selling for a certain price. Apparently it’s my fault that the price sticker was not correctly in the right place and I should be able to read the labels better and find the correct label which was two sections away from the product. This is not how a small business should treat its customers. Instead of clarifying and owning up to the labelling mistake, the owner put the blame on me that I can’t interpret the labelling. I was extremely shocked at the attitude when all I wanted was just to double check because I saw it differently. Wasn’t even questioning about the price or wanted a price adjustment - I just wanted to double check. Extremely poor customer service and I will never be coming back here.

I've only seen smiles on their faces and they're always eager to help me carry cases of dog food to my car. Love this location! I get my Frenchie raw food from here all the time. See Keyvan for all your pet needs - he is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything pet related and has a ton of pets himself. If you want the best for your pet, I highly recommend visiting!

Best store ! Always has the food I need in stock and is the only store around that offers N&D maxi giant size kibbles ! Great for bigger dogs like cane Corsos / presa canario/ xl bully and more ! Always friendly and warming! Keyvon really has great knowledge of all the foods and supplements they carry and can give great advice for your pets health !! Definitely recommend visiting this location !!
