These guys were great! I came into exchange a pair of boots that were a gift for a better size, they weren't even purchased at this location and the staff took the time to have me try on 5 pairs of boots to get the right fit. They were great! and they threw in a free pair of socks! I didn't even purchase my shoes from this location and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

went there because I was having issues with the blundstones I owned. they have incredible costumer service. they were able to identify that the shoes were actually too small, and then put in lots of time and effort to make sure I got the correct size. the staff were extremely friendly yet helpful, and provided all the information you need to make the best purchase for yourself without trying to up sell you. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to buy blundstones, the staff here went above and beyond!

I want to start off with WOW but, there's so much more to say about this place.This store is the tops, excellent service and selection of Blundstone boots. Ashley is super friendly and so very helpful on the phone, email communications and in person with my online order that I picked up at this store and the help afterwards. When I was there I found about the warranty of my old pair and I got it approved for a warranty replacement that I was soooo happy and thrilled about getting another new pair of Blundstones!This store is just across from Sporting Life and in a very popular area witch has a lot of foot traffic. Parking can be a problem which I've found out but its worth it walking to the store and exploring the neighborhood stores.A last note... I love these boots! I've been wearing them for about 7+ years now and enjoyed every step, jump and trips I've worn then on. I will definitely will be back to this store and will tell my friends to shop here too!

I received exceptional customer service today. I could have bought this boots in many places. But i am glad that I came this store again!!The staff members are helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable and attentive. I got the perfect fit. He (wants to remain anonymous) addressed all my questions with great information.In fact, this is my second pair of boots purchased from this store. I will definitely return for the third pair when time comes.Thank you, guys!!

They no longer honor their once great return policy. This hole was my fault, apparently, as I did not treat the boot every 4 months! NOT impressed - almost $300 after tax, for boots that leak?

Went in a couple of weeks ago to purchase my first pair of Blundstone's and had a great experience. Josh patiently explained the different styles of boots and how they should fit. It was a hard decision to make but Josh walked me through every step of the way. I am positive I would have purchased the wrong size if I'd bought the boots anywhere else! I have been wearing them every day and they are absolutely comfortable. I am so happy with the service I received (and my pair of boots), that I have been recommending both to everyone who will listen. Thanks again for sharing your expertise and providing such phenomenal service- I will be back!

went in today knowing i wanted a black pair of boots and left the store no less then 10 minutes later wearing them. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about Blundstone boots as i got my first pair today but Josh was able to fill me in on all the different details and got me perfectly sized. I would definitely have walked out of there with a size too small if it wasn't for him and his knowledge. The boots were super comfy and look great.They had the pair i was looking for super quick and there was no problem walking in if you know what you're looking for like what i did and im sure there would be no issue if you walked in wanting to try peruse the huge selection.Again just a shout out to Josh, thank you very much!
