Pacific Place location for a biopsy. Very thankful for on time appointment. Tech and doctor during the procedure were very nice. Dr Chen's pleasant manner and expertise meant no pain. Mary provided thorough explanations which was reassuring. Thank you!

I came to this location today to book an appointment for annual mammogram. Due to high risk (my dearest sister found out that she had breast CA- she missed her yearly mammogram in the summer of 2020 due to the pandemic restriction).My doctor indicated in the mammogram “mammogram with Ultrasound if indicated”.I found this booking clerk unfriendly. Her look made others scared and uncomfortable. She said something like “you had a mammogram and ultrasound done last year. According to the result, I’m not going to book an ultrasound, if the radiologist wants you to have ultrasound done, you can come back for another day!” Her tone of voice was so rigid! So at CDC, the booking clerk has the authority to override the doctor’s order!She asked “how old was your sister when she was diagnosed with breast cancer?” I did answer her, but I felt awkward & uncomfortable as I saw a gentleman looking at me threw the other glass window!In my opinion, I don’t want any booking clerk at CDC looks at my previous diagnostic records online. I think a booking clerk’s job is to just follow the doctor’s orders. She should not question or override a doctor’s order. She should be gentle, kind in her speech.

I was a walk in patient today for an Xray, and did not realize my form had a request for ultra sound which requires an appointment. While I was struggling to make an appointment, Pascale stepped in saying her appointment had not shown up, and took me in. On top of that incredible service, she talked to me out load about what she was doing making it a real comfortable experience. Pascale is an incredible assest to your team!

The new location, just a few door further west into the mall is fantastic. More staff stations and more room speeds the intake. The waiting room is large. The treatment and procedure rooms that I saw are large with newer equipment. Over all, it is a much nicer experience.

My dad has been going to this location for a long time and has never been treated so horribly ever before, These people are heartless and cruel. My dad went for pain injection on Saturday Feb 4 and came out with more pain. The 3 female nurses were awful and mean with no compassion at all. They should not be working with seniors or people with disability. They didn’t help him get on the table or off the table and humiliated him. They yelled at him and told him to get out when could barely walk. They literally told him “don’t come back here” as our equipment is not for people like you.Maybe they should look for another job if they can’t be bothered to help a senior in pain.Unfortunately my dad didn’t get their names but this incident happened at the pacific place diagnostic center

From time of booking till my appointment was completed, the care and customer service was exceptional! The staff were pleasant, patient and thorough. They are super busy and handle things in a calm, efficient manner. From my perspective, they were treating all the other patients very well also. The facility is very clean and organized. Very impressed.

I hope they look into all these complaints. There is a common thread. Reading all the complaints made my heart hurt. Disgusting. This is regarding service from the Rabbit Hill location in Edmonton, Alberta.The service from this place is absolutely disgusting! My husband missed an appointment. Without even asking why they spoke extremely rude and down to him, made him feel absolutely awful and told him they can't reschedule. My husband apologized many times and said it is probably his fault and wanted to explain why, but they didn't want to hear it. They just wanted to make him feel awful! My husband can barely walk without his treatments in his back.If the people that spoke to my husband in such a disgusting way would have simply asked Why did you miss the appointment we had scheduled for you?". My husband would have been happy to tell them that he went in for heart surgery and has had multiple strokes

I went to get my sciatica injection today due to unbearable pain. I was not able to stand or sit for even 1 minute. Hats off to all the staffs who work there. You guy's are amazing. I can't describe by words how much I was suffering with the pain. I felt much better after 10-15 minutes. Thank you so much.

Horrible racist experience, don’t bother come here if you’re in rush for work. I came half hour early morning with no one there, the front staffs older ladies are cranky and rude as hell, make the ethnic wait and yell at them like we are child, so rude to customers compared to Mayfair. If wasn’t for available dates booking don’t bother coming to this location. They need trains hire nicer multi cultures front staffs to be less racist and rude towards customers.

Our thanks a lot for the wonderful reception, although I do not speak English because I am new to Canada, but they were very kind to me today and I was very happy with them.
