iFP staff is always accountable, on time and quick to respond. The office staff (Shannon and Tanya) always answer my questions quickly and thoroughly and I would highly recommend the company for any fire protection solutions. Great service and work on our 288 door complex!

We hired these guys to help us out putting in a sprinkler system in for a suite legalization. Dually was our guy on site and was excellent, he’s clearly been doing this type of work for a long time and insists on clean work. Thanks to the whole team for making the process easy and professional, and of course for getting in to help us so fast. Feels great to have this off my plate.

We use IFP for the annual Fire Systems Inspections and subsequent deficiency repairs. They have always been easy to work with, providing simple and concise descriptions of the issues as well as practical solutions. Their excellent communication when requesting access to tenant spaces keeps the disruption to a minimum which our tenants appreciate.

IFP really cares for their customers. They take the time to explain & have a lot of knowledge in their field. technicians are super friendly, staff go above and beyond. Overall it was a no headache experience and I will definitely use IFP again :)
