It took them 5 months to repair my stove. They say they will call with estimates and repair schedule but the NEVER call. I always had to call them. They came 4 times before they finally got the right part to fix my stove, and charged me for the previous 3 parts as well insisting they were necessary"."

We had our dishwasher 's motor replaced today (under extended warranty) by Mike Jaggi - a technician from Trans Global Services. The service was done professionally, promptly and on scheduled time. Our kitchen was left as clean as it was prior to the repairs. I highly recommend Mike and TG Services.

They showed up 4x to look at my fridge that I bought new. The 2 different techs at different times were not informative at all. Take a picture of model and serial number then say I will order parts. Never even touch the fridge till the parts came in and it still didn't work. Finally Fridgedaire sent another company and after 15 min figured out the problem showed up the next day fixed it and done after waiting since Dec to get this fixed. Guys something is wrong here you need to do a bit of research.Pinched waterline had water dripping after you release the cup from the dispenser. Other company replaced the water line and it is fixed finally.

Preston came and installed my washer and dryer. I thought when it was delivered it was going to be impossible to be installed because it was too tall. Preston assured me he would try his best and told me not to worry. 40 minutes later he showed me the magic he was able to achieve both machines fit perfectly! He was so nice and took so much stress away from me getting this done. I am so grateful!

Well let me start off by saying that Dean who is a tech at trans global is amazing. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and actually fixed (so we hope) my dishwasher. So 5* to Dean.Transglobal as a company is the worst company in appliance repair and warrenty work. My brand new dishwasher was giving us an error code and it took trans global over 2.5 months to fix it. They will NEVER call you back, they ignore your concerns and waste your time.If it wasn’t for the fact that I have to deal with them because I purchased my items through the Brick I would never recommend them unless you can get Dean to fix your issue.
