My girlfriend loves shopping at this specific location. They always have the best deals on appliances and litres. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable with all the products. We both get our hair cut by Samir and Nina and they do amazing jobs. My girlfriend gets her eyebrow waxing done there and not only is it a great price it's also the best job. I would highly recommend this location for products and all services.

Overall horrible experience. I went into the salon after having been there a week before (where I had a male hairdresser who provided great service) but this time I entered the store I had a different hairdresser. She spoke in a condescending tone about how she could not style my hair for the same price because it was not normal hair". I have lose curly hair. She made this an awful experience

Highly recommend trades secret at upper Canada mall and ask for sherry . She has magic hands and does a beautiful job and listens to you. She even gives her input but listens and goes above and beyond.The staff are knowledgeable and very nice . Definitely will continue to go there

I had the great pleasure of having one their employees Caitlyn was my eyebrows and great customer service from her. She was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend going to this location. I know i will.be returning to the upper Canada mall location. I had a great experience there and am.going to recommend to friends and family. They have great products there she recommends and could tell me each product I inquired about.Location was clean and organized. Most of all great customer service!

I honestly do not recommend going here to do your eyebrows. The lady threaded them after I told her I do not like threaded eyebrows she proceeded to do so and fully butchered my eyebrows. Never again.

I just went to get my eyebrows and upper lip cleaned up. The woman who threaded my eyebrows butchered them. At a quick glance in store they looked fine, until I got into my car and saw a closer look. Not only did she clean my brows, but she trimmed all my hair making it look patchy and shortened the actual length my brows. I also paid closer to $30 for both services. I definitely do not recommend going here.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and not pushy! My hair was in horrible condition but thanks to their product knowledge my hair is feeling and looking healthy again. They have excellent salon services and have great brow stylist- not easy to trust someone with your brows but Erica never disappoints! 10/10
