Had excellent great service and friendly staff love you all

Very messy store, staff is standing around talking to each other and seem annoyed when approached. I once liked to shop here, low prices for decent quality clothes. Not the case anymore. $30 for a t-shirt. This isn't Versace! It isn't like there are a ton of customers in here either.

Great store in the Chinook Mall. Good selection of clothing for men, women and children I found the prices very reasonable. The staff is also very helpful. I find this location to be excellent and extremely convenient. There is plenty of parking at the mall.

Brooklyn acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. After that she showed me the direction of changing room to try some cloths. Through out the time she was polite and friendly and very customer service oriented. All I can do for her is writing a feedback to acknowledge her hard work. She definitely deserve a raise!

Great store with a ton of choices for everyone in the family. Look for the clearance sections, there are a few. Great deals on a variety of clothing. Lots of fitting rooms so there is not usually a wait.

Staff rang through a $50 item twice and argued with me about the fact they had done so. Then the POS terminal malfunctioned and wouldn't recognize my Mastercard PIN which in turn locked out my card for any further transactions (until I visit a bank branch)

Had a great experience at this location. Taiha helped me find jeans. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning.

I have been coming to this location for almost 15 yearsI had the best customer service from Mary. She was super nice had great customer service skills. She helped with a big smile on her face. Very refreshing to see that at this locationKeep up the great work Mary

I had such a great experience at this Old Navy location. After shopping around, my daughter needed to try on a few things. While she was trying on her clothes I waited out for her. . While waiting I couldn't help but notice how amazing the employee was helping out in the fitting rooms. I have never seen anything like it. She greeted every single person with a smile, and ensured them if they needed a different size or anything she will be rite there to help. While helping customers she was also helping her fellow employees folding and putting away clothes. She was just so up beat and on top of everything. Everyone was taken care of and helped . Even people that were just passing through she greeted and offered help.I couldn't help but tell her how pleased I was to see her friendliness, thoughtfulness and energy . She explained to me how back home she is a registered nurse. She truly loves taken care of people.I have never seen someone so evolved and caring about there job, specially working retail. I wish I could remember her name . She was truly a one of a kind person .At the till, the young man working, was also so friendly and nice. He asked everyone how they are and engaged in conversation.When he helped me after talking for awhile he explained to me that after his shift he goes to his other job... he works 3 jobs . And yet he still treated everyone so kind . Even know he was probally exhausted. This location really has some amazing employees!!!
