We couldn't be happier with the service from both Darlene, their very helpful , prompt and knowledgable consultant and the fellows in the service department. A very pleasant experience when doing major plumbing Renos last year. Emco will always be our first stop for all plumbing needs. Their pricing is also very competitive and were well below the cost at Home Depot for several items that we purchased. Keep up the good work, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

Very frustrating experience. Consultant was not very knowledgeable, website was not user friendly & I had to go to each vendor's website, links did not work & one was not even listed, to look for my own vanity. The countertop & undermount sink were not put together & was not advised that I would have to adhere them myself. My plumber called to ask what they needed to use as he advised they usually get put together before the customer gets them. The consultant advised maybe my husband could do it? and she didn't know what they used to fasten them" My "husband" works out of province & there weren't any instructions in the box

I used to not be a fan of Emco, that was due to problems in the Cranbrook branch.The Kamloops branch has completely restored my faith in Emco. Great staff, easy to work with and they even call you back when you ask for pricing!!Best whole saler in the interior!
