I worked with Jenna recently to buy a family home for my kids and I. She was so helpful and responsive from day 1 through to getting the keys! Buying a home can be daunting to say the least and there seemed to be another hurdle around every corner, however; there was never a point that I felt overwhelmed or frustrated right from the mortgage pre-approval process to moving in. If like me you read the reviews before getting in contact, good but also do it now! From our initial conversation to getting the keys to our new home, Jenna was there every step of the way. Reassuring but also realistic in this tough market for 1st time home buyers. Jenna went above and beyond, viewing the home on our behalf, arranging everything and telling us clearly what she needed from us. She's super knowledgeable about the process, friendly, knows heaps about the area and the market but also goes further - connecting us with local tradespeople, connecting us with a lawyer - the list goes on. I have known Jenna for some time and knew her reputation as an excellent realtor so when it came time to sell our house, it was a no brainer. One thing we really appreciated about Jenna is her attention to detail and how prepared she made us to sell our house in all aspects, from staging to paperwork. Our house had one of the most thorough, detailed listings I have ever seen, with great photos (thanks Kayla!). One thing I learned through our sale was trust the process" and in no time at all we were able to sell our house to a family that truly loves it.
