Fred M. is extremely passionate about his job. To me, he is a professional that I can trust. Not only he spent time after his 9 am to 5 pm shift, but he spent over 3 hours with me after 5:30 pm to get to know the situation with my troubled ear. He asked a lot of questions, he did multiple tests, he explained clearly and he did all this very patiently. I did not feel that he was in a rush to explain things to me. After the assessment and multiple tests, he programmed the hearing aid which I wore for the first time and it felt perfect. I would recommend all the people with some hearing loss should first visit Fred M. at Sonaris in Surrey. All British Columbians, Albertans, people from Sask., Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Yukon, NWT, etc., should visit Fred.. He is the BEST!!

Been seeing them for a WS related .Delay times between appts are lengthy and frustrating..while the staff are good..This company seriously needs to look at doingthing more efficiently..and cutting the unnecessary and unnaceptable delays.Most recent..no communication about the again delay in My devices..and now told another month..

I simply cannot say enough about Fred Matta . He is clearly one of the most personable, professional and knowledgeable specialists that I have ever met in the medical field. He spent an exceptional amount of time assisting me to make the best decision regarding my hearing aids. He also allowed lots of trial time for me to demo two different models. There was never any pressure to make the final purchase. I would also like to thank his receptionist/assistant, Jas. Precessional ServiceSonaris’s audiologist, Fred is extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive to your hearing needs. He is thorough in his explanations whether it’s tinnitus or hearing aids related issues.His testing of the hearing is very thorough and detailed as well. He explains the benefits of the treatment being provided.I visited Sonaris’s office due to loud noise exposure to both of my ears last year causing hearing loss and hyperacusis, the treatment is helping me dealing with the effects.The hearing aids are very modern that can be adjusted and controlled by an app on the phone and unobtrusive, hardly noticeable to myself or friends and family.The front staff are extremely helpful with appointments reminders as well as rescheduling.The whole office is also thorough in keeping themselves and clients safe by disinfecting the office and the door handle between patients.I would highly recommend Sonaris.

I was ready for hearing aids and went to several places like Costco, Sears, and a few private places including Sonaris. The moment I met Fred, I knew I was in good hands. He is very relaxed and there was no hard sell. Fred's sole interest is providing the best life experience for getting better hearing that an individual can get. I never once felt like he was steering me towards expensive models or trying to work me in any way. In fact, several times I was flabbergasted that he hadn't billed me for all the work he had done letting me try different models, modifying software, to get me the best hearing aids for my affliction.
