After struggling with sciatic pain for the last 3 years. I decided to try acupuncture for the first time. I'm honestly terrified of needles. I saw Adil for a 4 treatments within a month. I'm doing really well since then, and I'm back to my regular exercise routine.

I’ve been coming here for over a year. Dr. Teresa Zhang is so incredible. I was nervous to try acupuncture but she made me feel safe and did an amazing job. I noticed improvements very quickly and now go every time I notice I need it. Highly recommend going to see her as she is extremely educated and knows what she’s doing :)

All I need to say is if anyone is suffering from any joint pain, muscle tightness you need to see Teresa! She will make you feel brand new again. I have seen her 4 times over a period of 3 weeks and I am very grateful for what she has done for me and my aliments. Her Acupuncture treatment really did the trick to make me feel like myself again. I'm not going anywhere else. Oh and the prices are very reasonable.

I have been coming at this place for about 4 years. I have used their massage and acupuncture services. Dr. Teresa is the best acupuncturist in Edmonton. She is very knowledgeable and want to fix the problem. I love her honesty and persistent approach to solve the problem. She listens and ask questions to understand more.For massage, i would say Lisa and Tina are the best. They know what they are doing. I like Lisa more because of the amount of pressure she uses. They are very professional.

I have been coming to this clinic since it opened. I came into the clinic with lower back pain and shoulder. I could not moved. I met Stefany Polaris for a 90 minutes deep tissue massage.Stefany took so good care of me, I felt amazing and the pain had resolved where I could move freely. I immediately booked another appointment with Stefany. Stefany Polaris, you are the best and thank you for taking care of me. Best place for healing than taking internal medicine.

I am 65 years old man and never actually considered Acupuncture able to heal any health issues. As a last resort I made an appointment with Acupuncturist Teresa. She is very experienced and professionally applied her skilled practice to heal me of an inflamed Achilles tendon that I suffered for over 5 months. I was experiencing a lot of immobilizing pain just trying walk each day. Even just after the first visit, I experience so much relief from the needles she purposely placed throughout the affected area of my heel and lower leg. After 6 sessions I am pain free and walking normal. YES!!! - Acupuncture does really work when it is applied by a seasoned experienced practitioner like Teresa. Thank you very much.
